ATC Studios’ Shakespeare on Site presents The (Mini) Tragedy of Macbeth. Witches, treason, murder! Shakespeare is back at the Museum for a thrilling 2024. The Paterson Museum will host ATC Studios’ Shakespeare on Site for three performances of The (Mini) Tragedy of Macbeth. The debut performance will take place at 7pm on Friday, September 13th, followed by a conversation with the cast. On Saturday, September 14th, there will be performances at 12:30pm and 3pm. All performances are free of charge, donations gratefully accepted. All are welcome to join us at the Museum for this great introduction to Shakespeare. Exhibition:
Hold On: Memories, Love and Loss. This group exhibition highlights a collective of five photographers from New Jersey and New York whose works explore aspects of nostalgia, loss and impermanence. In this exhibit, the five photographers will present their unique perspectives on the ubiquitous experiences of memories, love and loss.
Program:
Stories of the Submarineocurraplane. The story of both Shane Holland and his ancestor, submarine inventory John Phillip Holland. Shane will share how the life of John Holland inspired him in his artistic endeavors and other projects. The presentation explores the theme of success through failure, and shares stories from Ireland and the USA involving aviation, marine design, traditional boating, education, science and the resilience required to make things happen. The program is in-person and begins at 6pm.
Reception:
Hold On: Memories, Love and Loss. Meet the artists and discuss their work at this special exhibition reception, 1pm-3pm. Gallery talk from 3pm-4pm.

Take Your Medicine: The Life and Career of Pharmacist Frank Pinchak. Born in the back room of his parents’ pharmacy in 1922, Frank Pinchak and Pinchak’s pharmacy were a cornerstone of the Paterson community for over sixty years. An active leader in Passaic County’s pharmacy network, Frank’s achievements in medicine safety have been recognized by the Smithsonian.
